Using your employer/ Ford or an organization with which you are familiar, develop a three- to four-page paper describing the major steps your selected organization must take to implement a Performance Measurement Program. Your paper should adhere to the following requirements:
· Utilize the 7-step process presented in this week’s reading assignment.
· Utilize the performance measurements template in the text.
· Include some potential metrics appropriate to your selected organization.
Your paper should be organized and well-written in conformity with CSU-Global Guide to Writing & APA.
In support of your response, cite and integrate at least two credible outside sources, as well as your textbook, for a total of three or more sources. The CSU-Global Library is a great place to find these resources. Place these in a reference page formatted in accordance with APA style. This reference page does not count toward the total page requirement.
